Where are you located/Where is my order shipping from?
Ducky's Sticker Emporium is based in Greenfield, WI! All orders are fulfilled from Ducky's office in Greenfield, WI.
What is your processing time for orders?
All orders are processed and ready for shipping within 3-5 business days. If you are in need of expedited shipping, please contact us at duckysstickeremporium@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order, but nothing is guaranteed. Rush order fees may apply.
Can I return/exchange my order?
All orders are eligible for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that Ducky's Sticker Emporium is not responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is returned back, we will issue a full refund for the total price of the product or a replacement product will be mailed out at no additional cost.
Note: Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Are you open to commission products?
We are happy to create custom greeting cards or stickers! Please send any commission inquiries to duckysstickeremporium@gmail.com and we will get back to you ASAP on estimated pricing and design consultation.
Are your stickers waterproof?
We like to say that they are "water-resistant." Our stickers can withstand some exposure to water without being damaged, but they may not be completely impervious to water.
In other words, you can hand wash your water bottle or spill water on your planner and the stickers will be perfectly fine, but do not submerge them in gallons of water for prolonged period of time or wash them in the dishwasher, as the abrasive water or long soaking may separate the protective laminate and cause the stickers to bleed.
